It can also strengthen students' independence and problem-solving abilities, and deepen their understanding of the communication field. On the other hand, Director Huang also encouraged students to seize overseas internship opportunities and expand their horizons through cultural exchanges.

Wang Yutong, a fourth-year student, recalled that there were I once helped the dojo to organize camp activities. I was mainly responsible for activity records and event promotion. It was my first time to participate in an overseas dojo activity. I was nervous but also very excited. From the early planning and execution of the event to the duration of the event, I was able to communicate with Master through the process. , in the process of communication among team members, students learn about workplace teamwork that is different from campus life. This experience also taught her how to communicate with people from different cultural backgrounds. She also said that she was very happy to be able to use her professional skills to help the team solve problems. Seeing that her results were recognized, this sense of accomplishment was indescribable. Li Hongyi, who is interning in France, mentioned when sharing that every day in France is a new challenge. A lively Q&A session followed, sharing and communicating on the challenges and gains of the internship. Most students who go to overseas dojos for internships agree that although there is no language barrier for internships, they will still often be faced with the need to communicate in foreign languages during the process. It is recommended that students still have basic foreign language skills to make the internship experience better. In addition, cultural differences also need to be learned through time exchange. Before going abroad, you can do your homework on the location of the internship dojo. But they also said that these challenges have become an unforgettable part of their internship life.
